Why other can easily get CBD call, But I can't

GT Cabby have classify into 3
categories.
Regular
Driver, Ranger
Driver and Elite Driver.
What's the difference between
these there categories,
The main difference is
Privilege.
Example, before those Regular
Q Up to go for GRABPay training.
A special GRABPay training
section with buffet etc had arranged for the Ranger Driver and
Elite Driver.
So, if you want to be a Ranger Driver and
Elite Driver, then try to GRAB more call.
BUT just depend on one shift (Especially night shift cabby).
So beside work hard, we MUST oso know how
to work smart.
Maybe you can consider the following point.
1) Get a GOOD parnter (Either
Hirer or Relief)
I stay in CCK and my relief stay in Yishun, and
he had follow me for more than two years.
From Transacab till SMRT Taxi.
Why ? Because 我懂得看开与看破。 I am a See open and See
broken Hirer.
2) Buy a good phone
(At least must be something like SONY Z2 or Samsung Note 4
type of Standard).
BUT remember you pay for the phone
and dun try get you partner to share the cost.
3) Sign up a 4G Data
Plan.
Example : Singtel 4G Data Plan 5 Giga usage @ $29.90/Mth.
Again, remember
you pay for the 4G Data Plan and dun try get you parnter to share
the cost.
4) TOP up $50 to your GT
Credit.
Again, remember you pay the
$50 GT Creidt and dun try get you parnter to share the
cost.
5) Tell your partner, later if
your GT account have any CASH reward, two of you will share 50% ~
50%.
Once you had point 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 !!!
Then。。。。。。。。
Example you are Hirer and
driving Night shift.
Use the GOOD Phone with 4G Data SIM Card
to GRAB call.
Always leave this phone in the
cab, and convince your partner to use this phone to take
call.
This phone ONLY use for GRAB call and at all time should be keep in
the cab,
So you and your partner can use it to GRAB call.
And tell your partner, you will pay all the Phone
cost, Monthly 4G Data Plan cost as well as all GT call
levy.
All he need to do, is just try to GRAB as
many calls as possible.
And any GRABPay call (Credit
Call) your partner GRAB, you will pay him first (Maybe offset from
same day rental).
Once you cash out the amount, GT will pay you in 2~3 working
days.
I know a lot of Bros will
said, Wa, In this case, I Lugi a lot Man !!!!.
But just imagine, same phone
BUT two shift with two driver and every day at least 18~20 Hours
GRAB calls.
Then the most 1~2 mths the
Phone GT account
(Which actually under your name) will become
Ranger Driver.
And the CASH reward, you will
share half to you partner.
By there you dun need to top
up any more Call Levy credit, the incetives will more than
enough.
Once you become a Ranger Driver.
then you will start to know what's the Privilege of a Ranger
Driver.
And when you become a Elite
Driver you will enjoy more。。。。。
